  • This call helps us connect, discuss your goals, and determine if Pretty Mindful Gardens is the right fit for your project.

  • No consultations, coaching, or design services are booked without completing this call first.

  • By booking, you acknowledge and respect this time commitment.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services booked through Pretty Mindful Gardens, including appointments scheduled via Setmore.

5. Refund Policy

Payments for consultations, coaching sessions, and services are non-refundable once booked, except when canceled within the 48-hour window.

  • Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original form of payment.

6. Weather & Outdoor Considerations

For in-person consultations or installations, weather-related adjustments may be necessary.

  • In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Pretty Mindful Gardens will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Client Responsibility

Please arrive on time and prepared for your session.

  • If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients.

  • Video calls require a stable internet connection and a quiet space.

8. Right to Decline Services

Pretty Mindful Gardens reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if we determine we are not the best fit for your needs or values.

9. Agreement & Confirmation

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.

If we decide to move forward after the intro call, you’ll receive a private booking link to schedule your 1-hour garden consultation.

  • Recommendations from this consultation may lead to:

    • Ongoing garden coaching

    • Seasonal support

    • Garden design & installation services

  • Booking a consultation does not automatically guarantee installation availability.

2. Booking & Next Steps

Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

  • Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) forfeit the session fee and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
